Good morning house! I am a newbie here. What are the first things to do before starting to put up a structure??

Get your land surveyed. Then contact us for your plan and designs. After that. Obtain a BOQ (Bill of Quantities which shows the materials and other cost involved) in completing the project.

Thereafter, get a building contractor and set up an agreement. We do that as well then you can now start your structure as you put it with them.

Professionals in the house, I greet o. Pls I need insight on how many blocks of 9 inches will take a 4 units of 2bedroom from foundation to DPC.

Also, how many blocks will be most suitable to mould from one bag of cement.....!!

Share the floor plan first if you need answers to the first question.

Second question - 1 Bag of Cement = 30 - 35 Blocks of 9 inches is relatively standard.

So if a client says, I want my stairs in my living room, you make it work.
