We want to use this opportunity to bring forth to you the procedures and steps taken to bring your building construction to a standard practice.

After purchasing a land. The next thing you seek for is the services of a land surveyor. Who produces a document known as survey plan.

Next is for you to contact an architect who in turn produces the architectural design of what can fit into the land while observing all other building codes and regulations.

For cases of above one floor, you will need the services of a structural engineer who in turn produces a design that explains the workability of the architectural design. In this he produces a document known as the structural plan.

Next also is the Mechanic, Electrical and Plumbing Design otherwise known as MEP.
