I've used their service for a while but one thing for sure is they have non-existent customer care service.
They don't answer calls and are so cold if ever they replied to your whatsapp chat.
I can tell you this because I've had issues with them once but was rectified after few days and I thought it was a glitch but now I've got N2,500.00 hanging without anyone telling me what's up.
I've been calling them for like forever and guess what....no one answered my call nor responded to my whatsapp chat.
I'm positive it will be rectified but don't patronise them if you are not immune to heartaches.

Hmm mine is 1 month 2 days now. 6,800 naira is still hanging, a GLO recharge has never been delivered or refunded. Like someone said that they used to start well before they resort to biting you hard. I think that is the game Victor plays. Once you trust him then the game plan begins. I have done a lot of businesses with him and several times he had given me various problem without explanation. GTB said unless I get a police report that is when my money can be withdrawn from his account. Abeg, let him refund my money ooo

I am still expecting clubkonnect to either refund my 6,800 to my gtb account or credit my wallet on his website with so i can get my money back.
I even wonder why he nor his staffs will never pick calls, respond to sms or whatsapp when they are not ghost workers.

My used to deliver within 10- 15 minutes. Sometimes less than that.That of Etisalat own you know whether it has been delivered or not by checking transaction history. If it showed completed, it showed it has been activated. Check the phone number you sent it.

Thanks for responding. Actually, it is not my first time of buying sme data from @clubkonnect or others. This one didn't deliver until the buyer had to subscribe with recharge card.

Aside that, I have paid 6,800 naira into Ojeanelo victor's GTB account and till now my wallet has not been credited. Phone calls, they don't answer and they also find it very difficult to respond to sms.
this is seriously disturbing

I bought mtn 500mb from you since 7Nov 2017, not yet delivered up till today. Please what do you call this type of behaviour in biz if not stealing by trick. You use not delivery of the data to get back to your account 2gb data on my line that got expired in the process.

GTB said the money is his account and he can call 08029002900 or 08039003900 their customer care if in doubt

We advice client to pay with their unique phone number used to register on our website or CK ID which is unique to them alone or best option is use ATm which is automated and does not involve human intervention.

Please help me beg clubkonnect to credit my wallet with the 6,800 i sent to Ojeanelo victor buraimoh's account since the 3rd of January.
I have placed calls through and noticed the calls were being dropped and also sent text messages.

I also sent 1gb etisalat to a number, my credit was deducted and the person said no data has been delivered.

I have tried their recharge card printing link for glo 500 naira and till today my credit was not delivered nor refunded.

All this i have complained to him through texts without response.

Please I wanted to send vtu of 15k to my number that ends with 77 but mistakenly sent to a number that ends with 47. Since Monday, I have been calling customer care and the woman that got the credit. But now she is no longer answering my calls and has not transfer the airtime back even after I had pleaded with her and she had assured me of sending it back to me. CSP's are just apologizing and saying they will inform technical department. Please, how can I get my airtime back? Thanks
