The engine is in very good condition. Only thing I did near it was to change the top gasket in december when I changed the oil and serviced the vehicle. Outside that, the engine itself has never been worked on. That's the main reason I can't sell below 200.

Sound engine. Only problem with this car is a broken side glass and the hand brake needs to be adjusted and there's no car stereo inside. Other than that, just buy car and ride. The papers are up to date. Location is Lugbe, Abuja.

They won't let the sister rest in peace before bringing the sh!t to the media.....world-messed-up
God bless you my brother. I guess the only reason for doing this is to present herself (Lola that is) in a good light in the public as someone who has a heart and cares for the common man. My! such unwarranted hypocrisy. If she were truly in mourning, I doubt she'd have time for Instagram. Really, what else does Lola know about the lady (God rest her soul) apart from the fact she was her nanny?
Ps: and she didn't hesitate to tell us they "worked tirelessly to save her". Come on!! have some dignity lady and show some respect to the family of the deceased rather than making the death of their daughter a stunt to improve your public image.

oloyetomoye:
Candid advice. Don't invest a dime in any venture you don't know too well. If you must invest in it then learn the business first i plead with you.
This is my candid advice.

Or get corporate fund managers to manage your money for you. But I still suggest you look into Agro-allied. So much treasure there. You rent a pond or pen. stock it and let the farm manager who lives on the farm (in Bwari) run it for you while you visit 2 or 3times a week. But the manager collects 10% of the produce during harvest. Think about it.
@oloyetomoye wow. Cool. This is good advice. I've always wanted to explore the area of agriculture and this idea sounds lovely and practical and has really caught my attention. I would like to really invest in what you just told me. Pls contact me via my email oderaunachukwu@gmail.com

AgricultureRe: Pls How Far Would N400000 Go In Investing Into Agriculture? by dera7(op): 1:46pm On Aug 15, 2015
Pavore9:
You do not necessarily have to start out at the level of cultivation/production, you can key into the level of value addition. You can sought out produce from the rural areas and have it packaged and resold. For example, if you visit the thread where some strawberry farmers in Plateau state are complaining that they have strawberries in abundance not no market. You can check out what is obtainable within Abuja regarding consumption, availability and price ranges of Strawberries. Do the mathematics and see if it is what can you can get involved in. This is just one out of the several farm produce you can add value to.
My brother this is the most valuable advice I've received so far. Thank you so much.

Dutifully following you sir as a child follows his father. I will by the grace of the Almighty contact you before the end of this year for your guidance to see what I can invest N400000 in. My only fear now is if that amount is enough to invest in agriculture. Thank you sir as I anticipate the time. You can also reach me via (if it isn't much of a problem to you) oderaunachukwu@gmail.com

depending on which area of agriculture you want to invest it on.
That's what I would like to know. What area would N400k be sufficient to invest in? I don't mind if it will start yielding ROI on a long term ( even if it takes 3-5 years). Please enlighten me more. Thank you.

If the money is truly idle, you can use it to buy Treasury Bill (short term investment) or a plot of land (long-term investment). You will surely gain something from it.
Oh ok. Thanks for the reply. If you don't mind, can you enlighten me on what Treasury Bill is?

CareerHow Much Do Pharmacists Make? by dera7(op): 1:19pm On Aug 02, 2015
Hey all. I'm a pharmacist, fresh out of school and I was really wondering the prospects of this profession. Don't get me wrong, I know it's not always about the money; patient care always comes first and supersedes any personal interest and that was the major reason I studied pharmacy. That being said, I would like to get advice from those who have been in the field including how lucrative the profession is, job opportunities, highs and lows of the profession and all so as to know where I'm headed with my profession. Thanks all as I anticipate your response.

PS: forgive my grammar. It was all typed hurriedly as the battery on my device was low.

EducationRe: Top 10 Courses To Study In Nigeria by dera7: 9:16am On Aug 01, 2015
I think OP should have listed the criteria in which he "feels" these are the best courses to study. Anyway, in my opinion, pharmacy takes the cake reason being the wide variety of places you can CHOOSE to work in: hospitals, in community pharmacies, clinics, industries, marketing (sales repping), NGOs, government agencies, in research or you can choose to be INDEPENDENT; remunerations are great and you could also be working a day job somewhere and (if you have need for extra cash) work somewhere else in the evenings and you are properly remunerated. As a pharmacist, you can never be without a job; even if you are a lazy person, there's always a job for you! lol. //As Men of Honour... We join hands. I love being a pharmacist. smiley
