The road to the cure depends on your diet.... please, for now stop eating the following 1. Rice 2.Wheat 3.Semo 4. Fufu 5.Bread.... or any other food in those classes If at all you will eat any of the above, make sure they're in a very small quantity with more than enough vegetables You must prioritise the following 1. Vegetables and fruits of any varieties 2. Take water always as if your life depends on it 3. Always drink water before pooing 4. Don't strain your anus while pooing .... allow the poo to come out by itself |
As a Yoruba man , I have over time keenly observed the activities of Mr. Omoyele Sowore and I have reached a conclusion that he can never be a president of this country. He is rather better off as a revolutionary. Come on, Mr. Obi is never your problem but I don't understand why you constantly tackle him. I dislike your philosophies about politics. |
Lithiumite:Are sure you actually watch her video... If you do, are you deaf when she said " This is causing more harm than good" ?Must you guys support bad things in this country, Do you know how many households will be affected by this stupid negligence by your lords and saviours in the corridor of power ? |
Nobody should waste his/her precious time in applying for any of these positions because they will eventually be hijacked by local government workers and staff /senior teachers of those towns where the positions are needed. |
I laugh in Ghe Ghe voice.... you will learn the hard way bra! |
Sowore na big shoe in politics..... he don try wey this guy don involve but he needs to choose between revolution or participating in the dirty politics. |

I live in Ago Palace , Okota. Most of the estates should be ransacked by NDLEA. Parkview estate, Greenfield estate, Startimes estate, Liberty estates, Lakeview estate, etc are dens of criminals and drug lords.... Guys dey run things there |
Please check that babe's phone that you are intending to marry! That was what made me to understand and know the kind of human my ex was despite she knowing my clear intention of marrying her. ... After the deal has been done, she was now calling, begging and crying saying that she will never cheat on me again. I love this girl and she did reciprocated the same but that singular act of infidelity made me choose another woman |
Me and my sweet heart are almost done with stage three.... less s&s, more talking and planning for the future of the family. It has been cool from day one. Quarrelling hardly happens and are easily settled whenever it arises. Igbo and Yoruba couples bond easily |
You people should stop these lie s na. Tolu Schools Complex has been in existence for more than 50 years. I attended one of the schools (Oluwa Memorial Secondary School) and 99% of these schools were built during Jakande regime except Millennium school..... They are presenting it as if these schools were built during this regime. |

It is not a textbook ooo.... just collection of past questions and solutions. To be sincere, I don't really like the PREP 50 because of some reasons I won't mention. As a tutor, there are other alternatives I make use of for my students. |
This is the very first time I will be commending this government and Lagos state government in all they have done.... They really tried in this department, you could see their workers moving from street to street even on Sundays ensuring that children get vaccinated |

This reminds me of when I was a physics and further maths teacher in one popular private school in Lagos. Two SS3 female students came to my office (Physics Lab) to seek for Maths advice and one of them asked if I am married and I replied no. The next question was sir do you need a girlfriend? I was shocked and I looked at her and smiled. She asked again and said sir I am serious o, before I could give a befitting response the break time bell was rang and I told them to go to their classes. I jejely go and report them to the vice principal who was a female colleague. |
Good work from Yele Sowore. Someone should please wake Reno Omikri up, he shouldn't throw a blind eye to all these na |
Most Yorubas don't joke with their culture, especially when it has to do with respect. When I was young , I used to call my elder brother who is one year older than me by his name instead of adding "brother" to it. I will say " Shina"instead of " brother Shona". My parents warned me severally but I declined and this led to my mum reporting me to my uncle , whom I feared a lot. One faithful day , my uncle visited and asked me to call for my brother. I did without adding" brother " and my uncle gave a military punishment that reset my brain (He was a naval officer ). Before then , I do disrespect my brother in so many ways but after that punishment, I don't need anybody to tell me how to respect my elder brother. Even now, when I meet with him I will always "prostrate" to greet him and use "sir" to address him even in the presence of my wife and children.... My younger brothers also do same to me. My uncles wives do add "brother" to my name even when they are older than me and my wife (who is an Igbo woman) always use " E" to address my nieces and nephews . This is what is obtainable in most Yorubaland and it must be preserved I can't blame you for your actions and I will never blame those that choose to preserve their culture either, |
This one no well at all... This 40 characters no be here o |

What he said is actually correct but there are exceptions to every rule. I am in my forties and I can relate to the mentions on the write-up. He is on point and that may not relate to everyone in their forties and above.... I will give him 95% accuracy. |
