I have suffered from palmar hyperhidrosis, also known as excessively sweaty hands. The one thing that worked best for me was to use an iontophoresis machine. Using this machine really helped me control my sweaty hands problem, while allowing me to have dry hands on a regular basis. If anyone is suffering from sweaty hands, I would strongly urge you to look into using an iontophoresis machine.
