The fund sold again between Friday and yesterday. Coincidentally for Monday/Tuesday my computer was down and the fund's website was down too(no update). But I believe we have not miss much. For some people insinuating that the fund will post wrong info or fail to update, let us forget that. The fund is obliged by law to update their site/holdings (albeit they may try to delay by using some tactics, which is legal, but the delay cannot be so bad as to totally shield their action from the investors or give wrong information).

I let the bag out of the bag when I gave out our confidential information (ohun ti agba fi nje eko abe ewe lo wa). See my posting of February 8, 2018. This lead me to the fact that I don't read all the posts in this forum (I read the last 2 pages of each day and then go to specific posts by the people I have interest in their postings). I only read posts from the technicians/fundamental analysts, example if you want to read all my postings you click https://www.nairaland.com/yok/posts. This is the reason, I always tell people to send me a mail (sorry too if your e-mail has a name that seems to portray unseriousness or a time waster, I may neither read nor reply it, we are in serious business forget all the jokes you sometimes see here)

This is an opportunity to pick good stocks at low prices. If you are interested is a particular stock indicate a low limit price, let your broker place the order in the system or yo do it yourself. For example if I want to by Caverton at 2.40, I am not worried if my broker get the price or not (at least my money will stay in my account), but if the price come to that price, good for me. I have go my target stock at a price that I am comfortable with.

RabbiDoracle must be one guy who is extremely street smart from his so many previous bad outings in invetsment and must have vowed never to repeat his mistakes and is struitctly keeping to it.

For the first time, the Fund took away some of the cash in its portfolio. Probably in search of opportunities elsewhere.

This is not surprising considering the decrease in the NAV for the week.

For the coming week, there is high possibility of the market dropping or consolidating at best as there is a supply point ahead as per the NSE chart below.

This NSE is obeying the rule of technical analysis. Now the following week (starting 12 February will be a good time to start doing some earnings play).

Fidelity is still one of the stocks that still trade below their fair value, meaning at the current price, they are undervalued.

AGM is a bit far away.
Smart money will make sure the DY look great by forcing price lower!
Then aggresively push the price beyond expectations about result release period, by then people will forget the reason for entering the stock, which was dividend, and start price speculation, refusing to exit even though capital gains must have far exceeded announced dividend.
Smart money will then quietly alight from the bus and cut the fuel supply pipe, next will be like three days of FULL OFFERS with many trapped with added positions along the bubble path close to the peak.....
This happens EVERY DIVIDEND SEASON.....

This is why Fidelity will eventually visit N3.00....

- when prices are unable to capture its prev or most recent highest closing high ,its possible price is consolidating its prev rally
- u wud notice a lower high is formed on d daily frame , while longer time frame remain bullish
(Ex: fbn , uba , dang flour , dang sugar (triple top sef) , fidelity , transcorp , ucap , diamond and be be lo )
- consolidations are healthy for continuation later on , they signify bullish exhaustion and also help est new support for the next take off
- some consolidation will develop into triangles , flags blah blah
