Your calculation is right but the price of cocca isn't straight like that.
If it is high quality, it would make up to the calculated figure. The quality determines it and the quality is weighed by the point of production and how many route it takes before reaching the customers ( the more the routes, the lower the quality).

In this case, the package has taken more routes (those are not made in Nigeria) and that is a dusky cocca right there. So it is a low quality package.

The owner will be lucky to get close to 1 mill pounds for it only if he/she gets newbies to sell to.
