I have been feeling depressed all through the day without knowing the cause, and a friend of my came to visit me and saw my mood, though I was trying to fake a smile bt she knew I wasn't happy and she asked me what was wrong and I told her I was depressed the next thing she said was, "do african's get depressed its only d white dat have the sickness".

Hello am a fan of these serial killers movie I wanna b among the gud guyz who haunts down these bad unsubs. So if u ar a fan u can identify by raising ur hands.

Haba so u are trying to tell me dat dere are some place were there is no access to d internet in dis country.

used to have dis kind of rough face decorated with different kind of spots and acne, but thumbs up to my little sis who loves to read about nature and anything that will b of importance, so she stumbled into a book which have been in my house for over five years without me knowing what was inside and she came across the importance of charcoal,honey and lemon to d skin so when I started making use of this natural product mehnnn my skin is perfect and flawless even without any make up am good to go.

THE FOLLOWING ARE STEPS TO TAKE÷
Step 1.
Take one spoonful of grounded charcoal(its better u ground ur charcoal urself and d kind of charcoal u can use or dat is good is d one gotten from firewood e.g people frying akara or d ones gotten from the wood u used in cooking. Lol)
Step2
Cut ur lemon into two, take one halfand squeeze the water.Note÷ depend on the quantity u wanna mix u can decide to fetch four spoons of charcoal then mix two lemon. Make it a bit thick, then apply it on your face.

Leave it for as long as you can before taking your bath then you can wash it off.

Step3
Mix honey, lemon and charcoal togather with warm water and drink, these mixture help to purify your blood and get rid of toxins which affects your skin then drink a lot of clean water and much fruit. Try dis even if you are not having pimples it keeps ur body glowing repeat atleast twice a week and you will see d result. On my next post I will write on d importance of ginger and garlic and the use of cucumber to treat some skin and facial ailment.

A course mate of mine has been having swollen stomach as if she is 2months pregnant.

So she was confronted by her friend who happen to be my friend, to know what is wrong if she is pregnant or having fibriod disease. Then she told her that of recent she have been engaging in Anal sex with her guy and she feel that's the cause of the swollen stomach.

Am alone at home just thinking about how I have managed to come thus far without my dad, I loved him so much,12 yrs ago when I was 13 he made his decisions dat he wanted a divorce, he later remarried and ask us to come with him which we refuse, the early stage of my parent seperation was not easy and funny when other kids hang out with there dad or come to visit them at school I and my siblings will just sit and watch cos mum will be busy trying to make ends meet so no time for visit,she always try her best to play d father and mother role and most times she will send a close relation to bring things for us, those time I came across other student like us who also came out frm a broken home and I must say its not fun at all we may pretend not to care but it is affecting we the children that's why I am appealing to all couples not for ur sake but for the sake of ur kids let's forbear and let go. Forgive one another, let us not allow that little quarrel to bcome d reason for our failed marriage.
