By the way you are comparing 2 states that are totaly different..Lagos is a melting point that welcomes 100 of thousands of people annualy is always facing developmental challenges..Anambra is state with constant Population, very slow population growth and fewer needs for newer infrastructures.

Also if BAT had ramped up capacity of Lagos by 2003..it is only natural that things will be level a while, before it is built up again. Whereaas Mr Obi had a lot of capacity to build up..that is where the comparison of him with Fashola falls into.

Yes it is true that the records started in 2003., but how is that BATs fault?..

Apart from that fact..some of the indices were still available in 1999 when BAT became governor..it is well publicised for instance that IGR of lagos was less than 1 b a month when he took over ..if according to you it is 9b mnthly when he left...thats 900%..

You could go back as such and look at other indices.

You cannot just throw away 4 years of work that he did ..just because measurement started in 2003..that is not fair..or objective.

If sincerely your objective is a true and fair comparison, you would have found a way to find the information you needed.

Now let me add this..Obi achieved everything he did with his full allocation from the the federal govt, BAT did his despite the fact that a substantial part of his allocation was withheld by the federal govt.

Mr Obi had lots of strikes..Doctors, lecturers etc..Mr Tinubu..No strike.

Mr Tinubu esterblished a revenue generation model that has become a standard for all the states in the country and the federal Govt. Mr Obi left nothing that anybody can copy.

In 2003 Mr Tinubu was the only governor left from his old pilitical Party, but he didnt quit, he cobtinued to build alliance until that political party became APC and won the presidency in 2014.

Mr Obi did not build anything..he jumped from APGA that made him governor to PDP and eventually to LP...you can also compare that

This link and the pictures attached existed since 2012. At this time, Obi already spent 6 years in office as governor. Anambra people complained bitterly about his poor performance. I can even see when one comment says the state capital looked like a glorified village. This is the opposite in Lagos as everyone praised Tinubu.
