1. Print verification of credentials
2. Go to download.
And print health centre questionnaire and medical examination form..
3. Go to reports and print clearance certificate (3 copies)
If you have been given bedspace and have paid...
Go to reports and print..

1.accommodation agreement form (3 copies)..
2. Bedspace clearance ( 3 copies)
