Nairaland GeneralLifting Weight With Vajay Is The Newest Trend Among Women Online - See Photos by DEWKID(op): 10:21am On Feb 05, 2016
Kim Anami is an expert in strengthening her pelvic
floor and an intimacy coach in LA. Her honeypot
can lift a surf-board. The technique she has used to
achieve this feat is called, honeypotl Kung Fu and
she’s teaching this art to other women. She believes
it makes a woman look healthier and younger.

Her honeypot records coconuts as one of the
objects she can lift. Thinking about the dangers is
far from her mind as the benefits include the
development of strong pelvic muscle, helping with
depression, clearer skin, sex and also after child
birth.

The 44-year-old holds the objects by tying apiece
of string to a jade egg then inserts into her
honeypot attached to the object she will be lifting.
Once in, her honeypot muscle is all she uses to keep
it steady. Some super-strong muscle to hold a surf
board.

Doctors speaking on the issue also back the idea of
strengthening the honeypot via honeypotl
weightlifting or honeypot king fu, as something
that’s socially enlightening since the benefits are
awesome.

Kim has travelled the world taking pictures while
lifting objects relative to where she’s visiting. She
says

Quote
”the practice creates an overall lift in the body –
even a facelift. I have had clients stop using
Botox because they took up honeypotl
weightlifting. Overall, a woman becomes more
connected to her sexual energy in a way that is
tangible.I feel more enlivened and confident. Even depression can be eradicated by becoming
more connected with your sexuality.’ I aim to
lift objects that have an educational component
to them and are part of an overall healthy
lifestyle.”

Kim began to master the art of honeypot kung fu
twenty-years ago. Self awareness to her sexual
energy and an interest on how to make her sex life
better is her motivation. The method she uses is
based on ”an ancient practice Taoist women used
5,000 years ago to strengthen the pelvic floor and increase sexual pleasure.”

With over thirty-five-thousand followers on
Instagram, Anami shares snaps of herself doing
artful stunts using her honeypot. To the interest of
her followers she already has people signing for
classes where she tutors them on honeypotl
weightlifting.

Quote
‘Overall, I want women to know what their
honeypots can actually do. My assertion is that
the normal, healthy baseline for every woman
is to be able to ping pong balls from her
honeypot. It’s not just a skill set reserved for
some special Thai honeypots.’

The benefits of the unconventional practice Kim
believes to include, ‘Having a strong pelvic floor
and honeypotl muscles helps with everything from
increasing libido, orgasmic potential and
lubrication, eliminating incontinence, and
preventing pelvic organ prolapse, especially after childbirth

A survivor hidden in a tree says he watched Boko
Haram extremists firebomb huts and heard the
screams of children burning to death, among 86
people officials say died in the latest attack by
Nigeria's homegrown Islamic extremists.

Scores of charred corpses and bodies with bullet
wounds littered the streets from Saturday night's
attack on Dalori village and two nearby camps
housing 25,000 refugees, according to survivors
and soldiers at the scene just 5 kilometers (3 miles)
from Maiduguri, the birthplace of Boko Haram and the biggest city in Nigeria's northeast.

The shooting, burning and explosions from three
suicide bombers continued for nearly four hours in
the unprotected area, survivor Alamin Bakura said,
weeping on a telephone call to The Associated
Press. He said several of his family members were
killed or wounded.

The violence continued as three female suicide
bombers blew up among people who managed to
flee to neighboring Gamori village, killing many
people, according to a soldier at the scene who
insisted on anonymity because he is not authorized
to speak to journalists.

Troops arrived at Dalori around 8:40 p.m. Saturday
but were unable to overcome the attackers, who
were better armed, said soldiers who spoke on
condition of anonymity because they were not
authorized to speak to the press. The Boko Haram
fighters only retreated after reinforcements arrived with heavier weapons, they said.

Journalists visited the carnage Sunday and spoke
to survivors who complained it had taken too long
for help to arrive from nearby Maiduguri, the
military headquarters of the fight to curb Boko
Haram. They said they fear another attack.

Eighty-six bodies were collected by Sunday
afternoon, according to Mohammed Kanar, area
coordinator of the National Emergency
Management Agency. Another 62 people are being
treated for burns, said Abba Musa of the State
Specialist Hospital in Maiduguri.

https://www.tori.ng/userfiles/image/2016/jan/06/Lady-addicted-to-gadgets-4.jpg

A young selfie addicted lady who spent up to 23
hours a day online, is currently seeking help
after developing a painful disease caused by
hunching over her laptop. 21-year-old lady
identified as Michelle Gore, from Bracknell,
Berkshire, United Kingdom, who became so obsessed with technology that she took 200
selfies a day and used her phone in the shower,
has warned others of the dangers after
developing a rare medical condition.

It was learnt that she spends up to 23 hours
online every day and was thrilled to receive
some latest gadgets at Christmas of 2014.
However after spending hours hunching over a
selection of devices including a tablet, phone and
laptop, she was diagnosed with Tietze disease in January last year.

Michelle, who graduated from the University of
Bath in July 2015, said; "I would end up
spending the entire holidays glued to a screen of
some sort – whether it was watching a YouTube
tutorial to work out how to use my new phone,
or trawling an internet forum for tips."

"I was never without my phone or some other
device because I couldn’t bear to miss out on
updates from apps like Snapchat, Instagram or
WhatsApp. I’d be taking selfies all day as many
as 200 just to get the perfect shot that I could
post online.

And before I went to bed I’d play games on my
PlayStation or Xbox or watch Netflix, but just so I
didn’t miss out, I’d leave my phone on all night in
case a message came through.

I even specially requested a waterproof phone
for Christmas last year, just so I could stay online
in the shower."

Her Doctor said her addiction had put a strain on
her rib cartilage, causing the inflammatory
disorder which is characterised by chest pain
and swelling between the upper ribs.

"Sometimes I was getting just one hour of sleep
a night and that meant I struggled to focus
during the day. I’d take my phone to lectures
with me and found it hard to concentrate. As a
result, my grades suffered and while I got a
degree, I didn’t get the result I wanted.

I don’t know how long I can keep this up. I got
the shakes I am sweating and unstable... and I
am bored out my mind. I look in the mirror and I
am a mess...My hair is a tangled mess... the colour
from my face is gone... my once so lively eyes
never looked so lifeless.... it’s like staring at a zombie version of myself."

Now she is warning others about the dangers of
getting too hooked on technology and has
made a hard-hitting video highlighting the perils
with the charity Fixers. Recovered Michelle who
is also a graphic designer, said; "

I realised I had a problem when I woke up on
Boxing Day 2014 tangled up in cables from
different gadgets. I had the laptop wire round
my leg, my headphones around my neck, my
mobile under my pillow, my tablet charging on
my bedside table and my Xbox and PlayStation controls at the foot of the bed. I thought, "this
isn’t normal".

And when Michelle began experiencing
shooting pains in her back and chest, she knew
something was seriously wrong. She said: "I was
in pain every day and I was worried there was
something up with my heart so I went to see my
GP in January last year."

I was at breaking point so I confessed how long
I’d been spending on my gadgets. She said I’d
strained my costal cartilage from being in the
same position for so long staring at my phone or
hunching over my laptop. It came as a real shock
but luckily it was the wake-up call I needed to sort myself out."

Dr Richard Graham, Consultant Adolescent
Psychiatrist and Technology Addiction Lead at
the Nightingale Clinic, UK, said the addiction is
complex to treat.

"Unlike with alcohol or drugs, a patient cannot
simply decide never to use a technology again.
Instead, they must learn to establish a healthy
relationship with technology and that is the crux
of the treatment; sleep and Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy are peripheral treatments that treat conditions that can sometimes coexist with
technology addiction.

He added: "We need technology in our lives and
it brings a host of benefits. It can however, drain
us of our time as we spend more and more time
online. This can become a compulsion to
constantly be plugged in so that we don’t ever
risk feeling that we are missing out, or stepping off a ladder. The by-product of this is that we are
seeing an increasing number of young people
addicted to technology."
