Successful candidate

1) Will be responsibe for ensuring customers are informed at all times throughout their experience with the organization ensuring full compliance with service level agreement and regulatory requirment.

2) Communicate regularly with supervisory teams.

3) Will be required to interact and manage working relationships with other areas of the business at all levels


7) Act as central point of contact for operational updates to customers.

Will identify opportunties to improve performance and customer service delivery.

9) Work with the operations business units to continually improve business processes within the team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of customer services.
