Should I be worried with the below mistake? ----

Have done a mistake while filling in the background declaration form..on point 12 addresses.i have by mistake typed in 2012 instead of 2011 for one of the adresses...any suggestion to correct it? Can I resend the form with a cover letter and my details on the envolope.. the other details including details including personal history-point 8 etc are all correct

I have been blessed with a baby recently could i possibily send additional docs for my child & include the updated background declaration form as well..
