Afterwards, Seller instructs Vessel Captain(s) to issue Marine Notice of Readiness (NOR) as per Buyer’s format to Buyer’s Vessel.

4. Buyer acknowledges receipt of NOR and instructs his Vessel Master to sail to STS location for transshipment.

5. Buyer Vessel arrive STS location, long siding of both Vessels and
tie up of both Vessels at STS location Buyer pays the sum of
N50,000,000.00 for security clearance & logistic fee.

6. Upon receipt and confirmation of this N50, 000,000.00 by Seller
transshipment commences.

7. Upon completion of transshipment and confirmation of transshipped
Quantity balance of full value of cargo Less N50, 000,000.00 is paid

3-Seller sends MNOR/ETA to Buyer's Tank Farm Storage. Buyer's Tank Farm Storage Master acknowledges MNOR; and also states Buyer's readiness to berth loaded vessel at the Jetty. 

4- Seller's loaded vessel moves to Buyer's Jetty UPON arrival to BUYERS Jetty, Buyer's Supercargo and Inspectors BOARD for confirmation and withdrawal of cargo samples for Quality and Quantity Analysis. #100M logistics fee is released to sellers account. Buyer places BG for total cargo less N100M. 

5-Buyer's Inspectors conduct Q&Q analysis and send reports to both Buyer and Seller. 

6-UPON GOOD Q/Q REPORT. Seller vessel discharges cargo into Buyer's storage facility and out turn volume determined. 

7. Buyers BG TURNS CASH VIA MT103 for final payment for Total into Seller's nominated Account; and all commission to all nominated Agents' accounts. 

8.Seller confirms full payment as per out turn volume and handover cargo documents to buyer.
