Yes, Omarions mom does look young. Trey Songz mother looks even younger, just not on the picture posted. And to answer your questions, no his mother is black. She is just lighter skinned.

There's something in the tone of our skin that signifies our true complexion, no matter how much lightening. Even Tyra;s at her lightest, she doesn't pass for Mya's complexion, or Alicia Keys, or Mariah Carey's. See below
