chidexy: 2-1 in favor of Ivory Coast

Thanks man, I hope we win Tunisia tomorrow, can't wait for us to meet Ivory Coast again.

Please, what was the final score between Ivory Coast (U17) Vs Morrocco (U17) at the on going U17 nations cup? They both played the first semi-final match today. Nigeria will be up against Tunisia tomorrow for the second semi-final.

Fotokiosk

Oh men, i tire for this Ghana guy o. Ever since we win dat nations cup when we non even remember again self, dis guy never still recover from the shock o. Every minute, this 'charlie' dey for Nairaland dey yawn how Ghana take better pass Nigeria, how Mikel Obi for non dey see shirt like say he dey play for Ghana, how one european football scout say 9ja players non dey do well abroad because them get yam leg. When our under 17 thrash dem 6 - 1, na him first start to dey cry Overage! Overage!! Overage!!! Now, their under 17 non qualify for world cup, he dey yawn say, for them non be big deal because, them don win am tire. Where you, abeg park well o...

Unfailingly, I will be on board this month end. Please, do you have an "how to make a blog e-book"?

This Nigeria vs Ghana fight, make e non result into blood shed o...

It is call "Charlie, you fit say i make a fool o, but i non send. First of all, go down low"

Please, when is our next match?

kutchs: @gbagbo aren‘t u supposed to facing trials for warcrimes at the Hague what are u doing on a sports page?
To answer ur ? anyway, the whole Ghana first eleven will not even get a place on the Super Eagles bench.

Hahaha.... , oh men, you wicked!!!

7 - 0, + 6 - 1 against Ghana, + 0 - 1 against Ivory Coast. That's 13 Goals For and 2 Goals Against in 3 matches. Wow, in modern day football, i know not many teams can achieve this feat.

If Dagrin was alive, i believe it would have been a battle between Dagrin and Errigha.

Ghanains go vex commit suicide o! They non wan hear am say 9ja better pass them o.

Errigha vs Olamide vs Phyno vs VEC, oh men see blood spillage na. Abeg make 9ja rappers non do gun battle o.... Some how, i just believe errigha die.

Penssuwa: V E C

Hmmm..., another badman with barrack crew.

sweetguy10: Erigga gonna kill lots

Errigga abi? I fear who non fear that boy.

I believe phyno could also be the Rambo

oti4: Baddo! ;DBaddo!

Hmmm..., You think so? Any track record to prove that he could?

Oh men, i know this is crazy but, i was just thinking of the fact that, apart from lyrical skills, rappers are also well respected for their street credibility and overall ruggedity. No doubt in 9ja, mode 9 still remain king of the lyrics in all areas, I doubt if any rapper would wanna go toe to toe or head to head with him on a free style lyrical battle. But, lets talk about street play or gun play for a minute (am not supporting violence o...). Which 9ja rapper, do you believe could practically waste all other rappers in a gun battle between rappers? I asked a friend of mine and his response was "non do o, you want make errigha finish people?" Hmmm, if you ask me, i will also say errigha (that boy na demon o...). What do you think?

kramer: The Nigeria Football Federation has withdrawn its team from the 2014 African Nations Championship qualifiers due to financial constraints.

Nigeria were set to play Ivory Coast in Calabar between 21-23 June, in the tournament for locally-based players.

The NFF's Emeka Inyama announced that the withdrawal was taken by the football authority to cut costs.

"We have a lot of financial commitments and we have to look at the competitions in order of importance," he explained.

It means that Ivory Coast have qualified for the finals to be held in South Africa next year. The reigning African champions have failed to qualify for the tournament on two previous occasions.

In another move aimed at slashing costs the NFF has cut salaries and bonuses for their players and coaches.

The federation's technical committee has recommended that the Super Eagles' win bonus of $10,000 be reviewed downwards along with the salaries and allowances of the various national team coaches, excluding coach Stephen Keshi.

"We have talked about auditing of staff of the national teams, especially backroom staff, as well as pegging of bonuses and allowances," he told BBC Sport.

"We have a contract with coach Stephen Keshi and must respect that, so he won't be affected in any way.
"However, we are constrained to do this as a result of our poor finances and we believe that Nigerians understand we have to do this.

"It's very important for us in order to continue to fulfill our obligation of presenting the national teams for international competitions and tournaments."
Officials have suggested that the win bonus will now be pegged at $5,000.

The NFF are also planning a total restructure of backroom staff, with several members set to lose their jobs while they will appoint a new technical director in the near future.

Former Super Eagles coach Shaibu Amodu is being tipped to be appointed to the new post.
The Super Eagles have five coaches, including three assistant coaches, and a total of 17 backroom staff.
