I have been contracted to build a web portal for a polytechnic in Nigeria and i need a partner, please i need someone with a proven record, i plan to present an international standard system not the basic naija fake sites. If interested contact me if possible with you projects so we can create a plan to submit. Its pretty much a formality but we need to create and send them a working demo and we have just a few days to do this.
