I give my wife #500 everyday to cook for the house and yet she complains, it's really annoying.

Do you know that the #500 is even too much because there's everything a woman need to cook in bulk in the house. Meat, crayfish, Maggi, salt, seasonings.....

I mean everything. All she buys is things we can't buy in bulk which is tomatoes and pepper. Please guys what's your take?

Here in the north all these perishables are too cheap, she just steps out of the house and buy them from women selling just in front of our house.

Before some people start saying I'm stingy, you must also know that she doesn't lack anything. I give her pocket money and also buys her anything she needs as far as i can afford.

It is too small.
With this current economy, that budget cannot feed a family

Don't mind that I customised my candle stick colors, I don't just like the red and green.

I know the Grammer is plenty, as time passes I'll be clearing them up.

I'm flexible on bias, sometimes I counter trade and sometimes I'm looking for my setup to align with the trend ( remember our bullish and bearing trends).

What do I look for in my setup?

1. On the daily I'm outlining previous day high and low. Looking for fvg( fair value gaps)that has not been filled.

2. Same thing on the 4hrs, this is where I particularly anticipate a run above bsl(buy side liquidity) or ssl (sell side liquidity)

3. I'm also looking out for highs and lows on the 1hr that price could use as liquidity

4. Once price sweeps liquidity bsl or ssl, I'm looking for a mss( market structure shift).
And then identify a fvg for entry.

5. Before point 4 I'm usually on the 15m chart watching what price wants to do.

I make entries on the lower timeframes.

This is kind of advanced, I started out as a support and resistance trader before I found ICT concepts.

I've not incorporated anything to this strategy.

I simply scale down from the daily-4hr-1hr-15m timeframe.

Then I take my entries on 5,3 or 1 min

We are all students of the market. I will make effort to update the thread on what I've been doing and things you can learn.
