For those like me who are not able to access jamb site on mobile jamb changed many stuffs with their server such that you can only access the website on a full fledge desktop browser or one better hack is changing your phones website preference from mobile version to desktop in browser settings that's only how you may reach the website without seeing the wrought-up error 404
