Restriction in exam hall is allowed. But complete ban is rediculous. |

The use of mobile phones and devices is a blessing to us. Most especially in this part of the world. But am still shocked why some institutions of learning has placed bans on them esp (mobile phones), i seem nt to understand the motive behind it? They give excusses that it will distract the attention of the student. HOW!!! If i may ask? If am a student i stay in an hostel and am nt allowed to use my phone how do i get to contact my parents when i need something urgently. Pls i need responses!!! |
