Visas are stamped on passports with at least 6 months validity. Do the math.
In my opinion , waiting for a month will not make any difference.Between the time you l pay to the interview date, will 1 month not have elapsed? That means carrying two passports up andan to travel.But its your choice.
Thank you. He called the embassy number later and they said he can pay with the old one as long as it is still a valid passport and he can get a new one before travelling if we get the visa.

We booked today and got a November 16 date for the interview.

Family dynamics I meant is for example, where one has an aged mother living with the applicant and is her sole caretaker, that could be a tie. Everybody's sitauation is different and dependent on the VO

@ Lady G, please we want to pay for US Visa at GTB but my husbands passport has seven months left on it before renewal. can he go ahead and pay? we plan to travel by december. Immigrations said he can only renew when he has six months left on the passport. what do you suggest ma?
