I'm putting together a 10-week community challenge for developers, designers, students and other people building their skills in technology. The idea is simple: **Choose something you want to learn or build, work on it consistently for 10 weeks, share your progress, learn from other builders, and get recognised for your contribution.** The journey is: **Discover → Learn → Build → Earn Reputation → Find Opportunities** There will be weekly activities, community discussions, challenges and rewards for participants who contribute and make meaningful progress. There are also mobile apps and communities across different platforms, so participants can stay connected beyond the website. I've attached the campaign graphic with the full details. **My question to developers here:** If you were joining a 10-week technology builder challenge, what would make you stay committed for the full 10 weeks? Would you prefer: * Building a personal project? * Learning a new technology? * Working with other developers? * Weekly challenges? * Recognition/reputation? * Cash rewards? * Something else? I'd genuinely like to hear what people here think.
