Bro you are right on point.That was the same way a guy posted on facebook that Uniben has admitted him to study ISD.He lied because after i requested for his Jamb registeration number i realized he was offered history.

So definitely, it was what the institution sent to Jamb...n never jamb offering admission based on 'Jamb score' as many believed.

N about that, I'm beginning to think come sep 2nd or whenever, this same list..'2nd list' as it may seem would be released.

I guess it's just Uniben's new way of making sure the Merit list is less susceptible to corrupt practises.

You know once admission has reflected in Jamb's site...changing the course is near 'impossible' (consider the word 'near'..I'm not being definite here).

So maybe, this '2nd list' is what would be released first...or maybe not...Time knows it all.

You are right.If you applied for religious studies as you first choice of course and your aggregate is 70 you will not find a positive response from Jamb for now simply because its not the merit list.

hahahaha mr. Korm2me, for your mind na you be sharp guy abi, after you have successfully modified your previous post below that had 100% assurance of the list comin out b4 the said date in it.

Anyways that one na ur cup of garri. All i know is that i saw the said post wherein u made the speculatn of the list coming out on or b4 tuesday with 100% assurance. And am also sure one or two other threadmates saw it too.

The error made last year by the Uniben ICT centre was different and very easy to understand.Candidates who put in for law were offered Medicine.It was quite easy to change and understand.But this year is different.I remember obago once listed certain courses those who did not meet departmental cut offs for their first course of choice may be moved to.And that is exactly what Uniben did this year.All the whole manipulation has been saved for the third list.
Even if you are the VC's niece provided your name and registration number has reached Jamb then there is no going back.

There are two set of people still waiting for the list.Those who have great agg scores and those who do not ''high'' scores.If you observe you will realize that those been offered other courses are those very close to the cut off mark.Every one of those given other courses are very close and i mean all.

The merit list will come out with those who beat the cut off marks for there various depts finding their names there.Immediately that list is released,compilation of the third list will start almost immediately.It is going to be very competitive and will be mainpulated.After the slots for the major course have been taken,then other candidates will be moved to so called low courses.
