A few questions for you; whose prerogative do you think it is to setup governing council for a university? The V.C you think? Are you not aware that the governing council of federal universities were all dissolved by the president and only reconstituted this year including that of OAU you mentioned? You are not an OAU student, infact you've not met the O'Level requirement for university admission yet and rather than listen and learn you comment on issues that are beyond your comprehension. There are 3levels of clearance in UNIBEN, 100,300 & final year outside the fact that there is an electronic portal that holds the details of every student legitimately admitted into the institution. Those who have fake admission know their admission is a fake they just choose to keep on believing a miracle awaits them at the end of the tunnel. Lastly, UNIBEN should be commended for not just making this an inhouse thing, corruption shouldn't just be punished, it should be exposed and that is what the Great Uniben has done.
