I just disconnected my wife's battery to replace a broken head light, and now her radio won't work.

We've already lost the radio card with the code from Honda, and the Honda site https://radio-navicode.honda.com/ is not working for us. It keeps responding with "The VIN you entered is not valid. Please verify the number and enter it again. Valid VIN numbers use the letters A-Z and numbers 0-9, except for the letters I, O, and Q." when I have entered exactly the right VIN.
