Very easy !

1. Create a twitter account ( just like facebook)
2. Go to settings . . add your phone number ..
3. u will be sent a code to verify yur number
4. I will provide my twitter handle, u will search for me and follow me
5. After adding me to your list, click my profile and choose "enable notifications"

Once i post anytin, u get it as a text message in your phone INSTANTA !!!!
