DIF Homes Children Wardrobe is the only wardrobe you would ever need; Re-kids wardrobe! When we created the kids wardrobe, we realized something stood out very starkly. Kids’ needs are very different from adult needs. The next logical question was – what were those needs? That’s where our design team stepped in and did an in-depth discussion with parents from urban cities. This is what emerged. Here are some unique kids’ needs – which adults don’t have: * The need to start becoming more independent and organised * Height adjustability for when the kid keeps growing * Have a parent’s ‘secret’ stash place that kids cannot access! * Add a zing of creativity and imagination! Hence our design team looked at this one by one: The need to start becoming more independent and organised: Whilst doing research, we realised that kids wardrobes that are available in the market are very generic in their design. While they are of the appropriate scale, their internal layouts do not offer a solution that fosters independence. But parents, starting at age 4, are constantly teaching their kids to be more organized. Any aid in doing that is most welcome! And ‘keeping stuff away’ is a key part of being this! Hence we carved out the bottom section with 2 safe, non-pinch drawers right at the base of the wardrobe – for kids learn organising. They can keep all of their underwear, T-shirts, accessories, shorts, etc. in each drawer as they please – and safely access it whenever they need without the help of parents...
