I’m currently working on a collection of Canva templates created specifically for real-estate agents and property marketing, and before I continue developing them, I want to hear from people who actually work in real estate.

So I’m looking for 10 Nigerian real-estate agents to test the templates on our website completely FREE. I'm going to give you the link to the products.

There’s no obligation to buy anything and I’m not looking for fake positive reviews.

I want your honest opinion, including what you don’t like, what feels unnecessary, what you would change, and whether you would actually use the templates for your property listings.

What I’d ask you to do

1: Pick one of your property listings.
2: Use 1–2 of the templates.
3: Change the property photo, price, details, colours, etc.
4: Tell me honestly what you think.

A few questions I'll ask:

1: Was it easy to customize?
2: Did the finished design look professional enough for your business?
3: Would you actually use it for your next listing?
4: What did you dislike or find unnecessary?
5: What would you change to make it more useful to you?

You don't need to be a designer. In fact, that's exactly why I want real agents testing them.

About the project

I need a creator to make a 30–60 second UGC video demonstrating the templates and showing how easy they are to customize.
