Hi sir

Your item has left lagos as I was told by the manager of the company,though he failed to include it on the first truck that left and that is why it hasn't gotten to you.
Although the manager told me that the driver doesn't like disclosing location of where they are and don't like picking calls on transit. I have been there couple of times to check the status of your item and have been calling you to talk with the manager who has told you that it will arrive soon.
I don't treat my customer in such way as I am not the driver of the company neither am I a representative,am just using them to send your goods. Please I deeply apologise for this and kindly show them the receipt of the waybill I sent to you so that they can knw that it's not fraud.

I have been to the waybill company. They will call you as soon as your item arrives. I knw it has taken long to get delivered but you will be called when you item arrives. That is the problem of local courier service, they will take days jst to deliver items with excuse of truck damage and other issues. Please bear with me. Thanks
