however. I need to call ur attention to ur ref. code. please edit and remove branch code as it nullifies ur download count. only ur staff number makes it count for u. I did that already.. I removed the branch code |

lharstborn: @ OP. ..thanks for creating this thread. Immediately I went through it, i proceeded to download the app and within 4 minutes I completed the account setting up. Kudos to the First Bank IT team for creating this user friendly application. However I have a little observation and suggestion. Why is that once a user opens the application, the account balance is displayed boldly, why can't it be fashioned in a way such that one can just tap an icon to request the account balance? Once again..a big thumbs up to you guys for developing this app. a very nice suggestion. I will foward it to the IT team right away. |

Ayiose: Thanks for this thread. You see I changed to a new android device and tried to activate my first mobile app without success. After inputting my ATM card no and pin correctly, it will display: Invalid card no.At another time after several attempts it displayed: Device not found. What do I do pls? it means that you didn't type your card number correctly.. After typing, please click on that eye symbol just after the box provided to input the ATM card number so that it will display the numbers visible to you so you can crosscheck if you typed in the correct numbers. |

KingBish: dingbang I have just installed the app and used your referral code. When your bank newly launched the app, I was told I needed to purchase token before I'll be able to use the app. I almost closed my account with your bank. I'm glad the app can be used now, without paying for any token.
PS: Very apt marketing strategy you got, I pray you meet your target. I know you will. All the best thanks so much Kingbish. First bank has evolved over the years. As for the marketing strategy, I am starting to see marketing as fun. I was like, is it what people are running away from? The benefits just outweigh any other job sector cuz you get to improve on your selling skills and learn new selling strategies. |
