So if I can hold down FCT with 80% of votes with out winning a single state of the 36 states so, INEC would have to cancel the election because I won FCT abi. This thing is just like LOGIC in mathematics AND means PLUS.
36+(1) that is out of it
What do you expect from thise that actually believed Buhari is a cloned of Jibril from Sudan. They are delusional and sentimental by default.
PoliticsRe: FCT 25% Is Not A Must by DiscoverID: 5:15am On Apr 20, 2023
You want FCT that was invaded and populated by South Eastern economical refugees to be accorded special voting status? Stop trying to be clever by half. Just dey play ▶️.

For FCT to be anything special, everyone living in there must be based on population quota system. Everyone living in FCT must be based on numerical allotment. More like recruiting people from each state to fill into the quota of their respective states.

You see!
This is where a camel would pass through the eye of the needle before Igbo would support such leaders.
Ain't happening in a million years.
You are in south east, and you should know the people by now.
Buhari lost in South east throughout the years he was running with Igbo VPs.
There is a reason for it.
Nah, we need to start having rethink about this president of a thing. All what a president should poses in my own opinion is the political will and compassion to take the right decisions.

You think Joe Biden is better than Donald Trump?

But his Imo state people won't agree with him, because they accuse him of building shady infrastructure.
When he left office, his Imo people celebrated and vowed never again.
Why would you want an Igbo candidate with incompetent records, instead of one with competent records?
You see why I say that Igbo people don't vote bad leaders?
If you put Rochas on the ballot, he will lose in ALL South east states.
Even if he does, he will still win the presidency, after all, the last 3 elections have proven that with or without south eastern votes, one can still win.

Now, no matter what you think about Rochas okorocha, he will be a better president than Peter Obi, we can continue to argue this from now to eternity.
Rocahs is generally more acceptable across all regions and that's the biggest criteria to become the president of Nigeria as per the current arrangements.

His Agulu people won't speak good of him because he did not behave like Ngige who used Anambra state money to build all the roads in his own LGA. Agulu people went to Obi to demand more from him (as their son), and Obi told them pointblank that Anambra state has 21 LGAs, and he is the governor of the whole state, and not governor of Agulu.
Most Anambra people know this story.
So, next? grin
See ehn, let's not go into details, like I said I won't be saying much about Peter Obi again, elections are over.
Now give me Rochas Okorocha, or Oji Uzo Kalu.
Who cares if they are this and that? You think most people that voted for Tinubu don't know about his thieving tendencies and kleptomania?
PoliticsRe: How Is Supporting The Right Candidate Being Emotional Or Sentimental? by DiscoverID: 2:25am On Apr 19, 2023
We must have rotational presidents in this country to have peace. Neither Joe Biden nor Donald Trump are the best candidate in 🇺🇸 or Rushi Sunak,Theresa May, Boris Johnson are/were the best people for that office.

Presidency is about expediency and not competency.

But Anambra is a COSMOPOLITAN state these days. So, you are welcome to stay and grow there. It is MY state. cool
If you know me, you would not remotely use the word "hypocrite" to describe me.
You can go through my posts here in Nairaland.
I am INCORRUPTIBLE and IMPECCABLY OPPOSED TO EVIL LEADERS.
I am like Ayo Adebanjo or Yorubaland. cool
It is a spiritual mission, for me.
Show me a proof, that Tinubu is a better human being (never even mind a leader) than Peter Obi, and I would in an instance stop supporting Obi.
Every available evidence shows that Obi is a more competent (in light of Nigeria's struggles with corruption), and trustworthy leader.
And Nigerians know this truth.
I have been coming to igboland on regular basis, since 2010, and trust me, i know this state more than you, 😎
The earlier we start supporting a generally acceptable igboman the better. For instance, Rochas okorocha can easily become the president of this country without stress, you may wanna have your reservations about him, but people like can easily win all regions.

You won't see me posting pictures of places or speaking about how I am being treated here sometimes, because this is what is obtainable everywhere in this country. I was in agulu 2 days ago, but i won't post pictures or say something bad about some places I see just because I want to discredit Peter obi, I won't say something bad about agulu people because I don't like peter obi because I have met countless people some from his kindred that see him as weak and deceiver.

Let me tell you something, if you REALLY believed in voting for competence and transparent/accountable leadership for Nigeria, NOTHING would make you stop supporting Obi.
What you are doing here is called being clever by half.
I supported candidate A, but because his supporters did this and that, I changed my mind! cheesy cheesy
Are you voting for the candidate or his supporters?
Yeye dey smell.
I don't believe in voting for competency when it comes to the president of Nigeria. I believe in the rights of all major ethnic groups to be producing presidents in a zoning pattern.
If Every major tribe is allowed to produce president at some point in time, then tribalism will die naturally.

But how do you explain the fact that South east has the best human development indices in Nigeria?
Tell me one state in South west that is better than ANY south east state (minus our collectively owned Lagos, of course).
Is it in education?
Health?
income per capita?
Infrastructure?
Debt?
Show me, or accept that fact that south east governors on average performed better than your south west governors.
How else can one judge performance?
Nwannem, hapu maka biko, hapu'm English grammar gi. Anum na awka at the moment....maybe with this my poorly written igbo language you would understand that you are not dealing with an outsider. Like I supported the right of igbo people to produce the president of this country this time at the beginning, and i don't care whoever the person is, so far he is an igbo man because for equity, fairness and justice to prevail, Igbo people must produce the president of this country, but the fascist movement under obidient is what I can't live with. Why should I be forced to support someone that is infallible according to his supporters? Someone that does no wrong?

Some us are here on ground in your south east, we know whats up. There's literally no village or town here in igboland that we haven't been to. There's bad people everywhere, for example i can tell you for a fact most so called millionaires, expecially youths in Yoruba land are also into shady shady businesses like yahoo yahoo and what not..

No, it is not.
Right is right and wrong is wrong.
Your reasoning style is why Nigeria has never been able to produce steady electricity in 63 years.
When people identify and pitch tent with RIGHT leaders, you call them sentimental. You essentially gas-light them, and the weak ones end up joining the bandwagon of evil groupies.
I ask again, is supporting thieves and TERRIBLE leaders, supposed to be celebrated?
Is HEARTLESSNESS now supposed to become the NORM?
Why then do you still cry that Nigeria is a HELLHOLE?
In politics everyone's right must be protected, not matter how unpopular you may think about it.
You kept shouting Tinubu is a drug baron, while you can hardly see a household in the igboland without atleast 3 people that are into drug dealings. Charity begins at home, they said. Until you start calling out the likes of Jim Ovia, Orange drugs, the Cubanas ( both obi & his chief priest), e - money, Jowi Zazza out then some of us will start taking you serious

When people have nothing to say, they resort to whataboutism. Whataboutism has never been a justification for crimes. If someone or people in Anambra were prevented from exercising their constitutional rights of voting, the party affected should take up the matter and the perpetrators should be investigated and prosecuted. You are free to take up the case, you will have my full support. But you cannot use a crime commited in Anambra to justify crimes commited in Lagos. You are telling us that no crime should ever be prosecuted because it had happened somewhere else in Nigeria.
And what is wrong with whataboutism? He who comes into equity must come with clean hands.

wirinet:
Yorubas used to be the most liberal and fair tribe in terms of politics, bit it seems Tinubu has changed that. Tinubu has turned the Yorubas into tribal warlords just like the Fulanis.
It was Tinubu that started using tribe as a campaign strategy, when he said it was Yorubas turn, and subsequently it was his turn. How is it Yorubas turn? Yorubas had done a full 8 years president and almost 8 years vice president all within the last 24 years. So how can Tinubu campaign that's its Yorubas turn? Maybe after Tinubu, the Fulanis should demand its their turn again so we can know Nigeria's presidency is a musical chair between Yorubas and Fulanis.

That's is not even the Koko of the matter. The koko of the matter is the integrity of the Election. The only people defending the integrity of the elections are Tinubus spokesmen and tribal bigots. All others including international observers, international media and all opposition parties said the elections did not meet expectations to be considered free and fair.
Yaradua was honest enough to admit that the elections that brought him was flawed and he will work to improve future elections, but Tribalists and Tinubus spokesmen are claiming that this election is the freest and fairest election in Nigeria's history just because INEC declared their tribesman winner.
I don't even like Tinubu at the beginning, but my supports for me was borne out the consistent threats received from obidient just by expressing my fundamental rights of trying to scrutinised the Obi's candidacy during the build up to the last presidential elections. The bullying and abuse was so much that obidients literally hijacked the cyberspace, twitter and Facebook to be precise. Obidients, like virulent herder vermins were coming at anyone that said anything against "saint obi". Then it occurred to some us too see the semblance between obidients and nazis modus operandi.
So, this is not about Yoruba people at first, but if you have to call me a tribalist to defend my freedom of expression, then so be it.

But again, where are the Liberal igbos in all this? They silently gave their tacit approval to the online mobs, none and I mean no one came out to caution their activities. Even Peter obi was enjoying the tides and was silently in approval, after all according to him, it's a means to and end.

Stop deceiving yourself, obidient movement was an ipob project birthed as endsars and metamorphosed into "youths are taking over". They are online bandits that bullied and threatened anyone with contrary opinion. Toyin Abraham can testify to this, they went all out for her and even reported her movies to Netflix, insulted her child and threatened her husband, just for saying she will vote for Tinubu. You think we the silent majority are not alive to your treachery and "wayo"? An igbo precidency can only come through negotiations and not backdoor of threats and subversion, as soludo wrote in his famous letter to Peter Peter Obi.

They added me, on one of their Obi supports groups where they contributed billions of naira just to make sure a Yoruba man should not win.
