We’re collecting realistic customer service interactions for an educational survey on everyday communication in Nigeria, and we need your help to make it authentic and diverse! This is a flexible, remote gig ideal for students, recent grads, or anyone looking to earn extra income while contributing to educational research. What You’ll Do: • Write realistic customer-agent conversations (6-12 turns each) based on common scenarios, organized neatly per category: Banking, Fintech, Telecom, or Logistics/E-commerce (with 5,000 conversations targeted per category for balanced coverage). • Incorporate mixed languages for cultural accuracy: • Pidgin + English (e.g., “My money no enter, wetin happen?”) • Yoruba + English (e.g., “Mo try send am but e no go”) • Hausa + English (e.g., “Network ya yi slow, I can’t load data”) • Igbo + English • Ensure all conversations are well-structured, clean, and consistent – no duplicates, with a natural tone and realistic flow from start to resolution. • Label each conversation clearly with: • Intent (e.g., complaint, inquiry, transaction) • Language mix • Sentiment • Resolution status • Submit work in organized batches, grouped by category, to support the survey’s structured analysis. We’re aiming for 15,000–25,000 total conversations and need to complete this in 2-3 weeks, so commitment to quality and deadlines is essential. Top contributors may be invited for similar educational projects! Requirements: • Native or fluent speaker of English plus at least one of: Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, or Igbo. • Excellent writing skills with focus on natural dialogue and organized structure. • Access to a computer and stable internet for submissions (via Google Sheets or similar tools). • Ability to commit 10-20 hours/week to meet the tight timeline. • Must be based in Nigeria for genuine cultural insights.
