Welcome to my world, since your bp is ok and no protein in urine, it's just excess water and doesn't affect your health, all u can do is elevate it often or try to walk around. I notice mine hardly swells much on weekends or after work, just during work hours when I sit down a lot.

Na wah oh! i do elevate my legs and it goes down but once i put my foot down, shikenan,..the legs will just start swelling again.

In all i thank God. wetin pesin don dey pray for all these years. it is well o. thanks for ur response.

Been suffering from swollen feet since last week Monday. I went to the hospital , BP is normal and no trace of protein in urine, what could be the cause? Am just 20 weeks gone for crying out loud and the swelling is just too much....I can't even wear slippers peacefully again.

Ezekiel my right hand man when we were in Kaduna State Polytechnic Zaria, now Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria. We were in the same class in accounting department and very close. But when you became an officer and was posted to Nguru Barracks in Yobe state we lost contact with each other. Last time I heard news about you was that you were a captain and still in Nguru only to read about your death in Nairaland. May your soul rest in peace fallen hero. We members of HND II Accounting 2002 set will always remember you. Adieu my friend Ezekiel Aluko.

I was in that class too. I and Ezekiel also attended the same RCCG Parish, that was what brought us closer . his loss is a very painful one.

This is a a rude shock to me, Ezekiel and i were class mates at kad State poly Zaria and we were really close.

I feel so soo sad and pained, may his soul rest in peace. Amen.
