EducationBroadcast By President Muhammadu Buhari, August 21, 2017 by divinedike(op): 8:38am On Aug 21, 2017

My dear citizens,
I am very grateful to God and to all Nigerians for their prayers. I am pleased to be back on home soil among my brothers and sisters.
2. In the course of my stay in the United Kingdom, I have been kept in daily touch with events at home. Nigerians are robust and lively in discussing their affairs, but I was distressed to notice that some of the comments, especially on social media, have crossed our national red lines by daring to question our collective existence as a nation. This is a step too far.

3. In 2003 after I joined partisan politics, the late Chief Emeka Ojukwu came and stayed as my guest in my hometown Daura. Over two days we discussed in great depth till late into the night and analyzed the problems of Nigeria. We both came to the conclusion that the country must remain one and united.
4. Nigeria's unity is settled and not negotiable. We shall not allow irresponsible elements to start trouble and when things get bad they run away and saddle others with the responsibility of bringing back order, if necessary with their blood.
5. Every Nigerian has the right to live and pursue his business anywhere in Nigeria without let or hindrance.
6. I believe the very vast majority of Nigerians share this view.
7. This is not to deny that there are legitimate concerns. Every group has a grievance. But the beauty and attraction of a federation is that it allows different groups to air their grievances and work out a mode of co-existence.
8. The National Assembly and the National Council of State are the legitimate and appropriate bodies for national discourse.
9. The national consensus is that, it is better to live together than to live apart.
10. Furthermore, I am charging the Security Agencies not to let the successes achieved in the last 18 months be a sign to relax.
11. Terrorists and criminals must be fought and destroyed relentlessly so that the majority of us can live in peace and safety.
12. Therefore we are going to reinforce and reinvigorate the fight not only against;
· elements of Boko Haram which are attempting a new series of attacks on soft targets
· kidnappings, farmers versus herdsmen clashes,
· in addition to ethnic violence fuelled by political mischief makers. We shall tackle them all.
13. Finally, dear Nigerians, our collective interest now is to eschew petty differences and come together to face common challenges of;
· economic security,
· political evolution and integration
· as well as lasting peace among all Nigerians.
14. I remain resolutely committed to ensuring that these goals are achieved and maintained. I am so glad to be home.
15. Thank you and may God bless our dear Nation.

WebmastersHow To Check And Improve Website Page Load Speed Using The Google Webpage Speed by divinedike(op): 9:00pm On Jun 10, 2016
The Google Page Speed Insights measures the performance of a page for mobile devices and desktop devices. It fetches the url twice, once with a mobile user-agent, and once with a desktop-user agent.
The PageSpeed Score ranges from 0 to 100 points. A higher score is better and a score of 85 or above indicates that the page is performing well. Also note that the Google PageSpeed Insights is being continually improved and so the score will change as they add new rules or improve their analysis.
PageSpeed Insights measures how the page can improve its performance on:
1 Time to above-the-fold load: Elapsed time from the moment a user requests a new page and to the moment the above-the-fold content is rendered by the browser.
2 Time to full page load: Elapsed time from the moment a user requests a new page to the moment the page is fully rendered by the browser.
However, since the performance of a network connection varies considerably, PageSpeed Insights only considers the network-independent aspects of page performance: the server configuration, the HTML structure of a page, and its use of external resources such as images, JavaScript, and CSS. Implementing the suggestions should improve the relative performance of the page. However, the absolute performance of the page will still be dependent upon a user’s network connection.
Each suggestion is rated with a priority indicator to indicate its importance:
The image below, depicts the priority indicator that is; icon, name and description.

WebmastersHow To Pass An Exam Easily by divinedike(op): 8:45pm On Jun 10, 2016
Every now and then, students all over the world ask a very simple question; how do i pass an exam when i have got no time?. Though passing any kind of exam requires consistent practice, understanding the subject matter, getting past questions and so on. Lots of students at the beginning of the semester or term, make vows like; I'm going to make sure i read very well this time, i must get all my materials ready, It will definitely be different this time. I'm going to stay on top of everything, color code all my notes and never leave anything to the last minute. Though this never happens in truth.
HOW TO PASS AN EXAM WHEN YOU'VE GOT NO TIME TO STUDY
So, how can you overcome that two weeks hurdle? How can you pass that exam in less than a month, how can you know what to read and what not to read? That's why you are here, because this is a guide on last-minute, effective reading plan.
Here's how to pass an exam when you have got no time at all...
1 GET PREPARED
Once you have made up your mind to scale through that examination successfully, the first thing is to prepare your resources - paper, notes, pen, dictionary, books, novels and other study materials. At this point, you may not find your favourite materials, but make sure you get as much as possible because this will enable you to flip through them easily.
2 DRAW A PLAN
Once you get set, the next thing is to come up with a study pattern or plan. Ask yourself how and when is conducive to study. Some people study better at night, while others study better in the morning, i also know people who study better when listening to musics while some others see it as a distraction. Knowing what moves you and what doesn't will help you to map out a better study plan. You haven't got time to cover everything so pick a few areas to revise and tick them off a list.
