People forget that in an environment where dating is mostly about a guy's money, cheating can be very expensive. That is why the rich guys get most of the girls. Nice cars, nice house and cash to burn attract ladies like nectar attract bees.

So the ladies saying they prefer rich guys cheating on them are essentially admitting what they usually deny: that they are for sale. For sale because you can buy their tolerance/silence if you cheat as long as they get your money/gifts.
