A common problem Nigerians face is uploading documents like passport photos, WAEC/JAMB results, or PDFs on government or school portals. Many times the portal says “file too large, must be under 200KB” and people don’t know how to reduce the size.

Most apps either require payment, leave a watermark, or need to be installed. But there are free online tools that can help compress photos and PDFs instantly without installing anything.
