PS: Attached is just one of the cars that I restored from scratch (every single nut, bolt and screw was changed) that is featured on an international British magazine.

Everything stripped down to the last part, even the carburators were torn apart, wheel bushings, conversion from front drums to discs, all new electrical wiring harness, etc a full restore before it can ever get into this magazine.

Don't ever assume that you can teach me anything automotive.

I am not impressed by your ability to play with cars, someone else's invention, design etc. I believe you know the word INNOVATION. What you can learn from me is to be innovative (you could ve added more value to that Mini e.g air suspension) other than criticizing someone else's invention. An innovative product that has different manufacturers in America, Korea, Japan, malyasia, china, India etc with over 2 decades of existence. Do your research on the product and get back to me.

The shocks have been removed from the equation as they wont be performing effective dampening.

I installed lowering springs on a Trans Am I had once while waiting for the matched shocks to arrive.

The stock shocks were blown out in less than 500 miles.

Some people here amaze me. My people perish because of lack of knowledge. It is obvious that you do not understand the technology behind the product. I want to believe that you searched further and all you understand is that ur 60k shock absorber will do better an so the product is crap and dangerous. My own understanding is that this product is attached to the coil spring and not the shock absorber. A coil spring, also known as a helical spring, is a mechanical device which is typically used to store energy and subsequently release it, to absorb shock, or to maintain a force between contacting surfaces. They are made of an elastic material formed into the shape of a helix which returns to its natural length when unloaded.

It is a part of the suspension that dampens the impact that goes to the shocks, it handles vehicle height, weight and dropping when carrying load. It manages vibration, stability and cornering on sharp turns etc. The name of the product is coil spring/shock absorber cushion buffer, it is attached to the coil spring to reduce to standard vibration, noise, body roll when cornering. It is an accessory that adds extra value to an already existing coil spring to ease the shocks stress, it strengths weak coil springs, it reduces braking distance and enhance handling. it cushions the landing force on the wheel thereby increasing tire and suspension components life. Even a brand new cars with brand new shocks will still feel different with this product.

Hello Everyone, thx for all the criticism. We are missing the point here. The name of the product is coil spring cushion buffer, meaning a helper. It is an accessory and not a motor part or the shock absorber. It adds the new features you have in new suspension system to your old coil spring suspension system, like stability when cornering, enhanced braking system, vehicle height restoration, reduce noise and vibration from suspension etc. this product was first introduced in racing cars to add these features. It is has been around for years now and is been manufactured in Korea, Malaysia, India, Japan, America etc. it is been sold by Amazon, EBay, and major auto centres around the world. You can simply search for it online for more information and knowledge. As we advance in technology, new systems replace old ones and accessories add extra value to already existing. Motor parts dealer here should stop criticizing, the product is not a competition. It is only an accessory. There is no coil spring cushion buffer without a spring shock absorber.
