Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Multilevel Marketer and Salesman to join our team and help expand our network of subscribers and customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture, possess strong sales and networking skills, and thrive in a dynamic, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Sign up new subscribers to join the Greenmall Community.
2. Recruit and onboard new subscribers to join our multilevel marketing network.
3. Train and support subscribers to effectively market and sell our fresh farm produce.
4. Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a strong network of subscribers and customers.
5. Conduct regular meetings, trainings, conferences and presentations to educate subscribers on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
6. Provide ongoing support and assistance to subscribers to help them achieve their sales and recruitment goals.
7. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including subscribers, customers, and industry partners.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support distributor efforts.


Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; SSCE.
2. Proven track record of success in multilevel marketing and sales roles, preferably in the agricultural industry or any other industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for networking and building relationships.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.

A local farmer in Umuezeagu Nnewi, Anambra State, Mrs. Uche Ileka, said she had no regret quitting the banking sector to join farming.
Ileka said she considered farming after several years of search for a government job without success.

Speaking with the Nation on her farm, the middle-aged woman said she was not unmindful of the ridicule such a decision would raise but was optimistic about the dividends in her new found job.
