i think it has to do with the prefered state of deployment because thats what he wrote on that paper we filled before the first interview.

Yeah, this logically adds up because some people might fail medical or training school per say.

I don't know sha, but it makes perfect sense, training more than the number you need.

How many will they train then? because they'll definitely shortlist after training school too.
