Wao, I feel so lucky! I mean I ain't experiencing all these. Even BBM is a little better than it used to be. I have an issue with Groove tho. Sometimes, the app won't start until I restart the device, and then, the issue with updating apps on store. It's mostly error messages even when I connect with a 4G network.

Hmmmm...windows, I think I have been discouraged. Used the lumia 535 and don't really enjoy it. The specs of the phones are nice...really nice but that's where it ends. The apps are plain annoying. Bbm never ever gets an update . it stops your music or makes it just play one song repeatedly. Instagram does not have the DM function. And so many apps don't exist on this platform. I get its not Microsoft's fault but the app developers but we need the total package when using a phone.

Junp on the Windows 10 train - you'll get a better experience. Instagram has dm on Windows 10.

Please o, how can I fix apps not updating? I have used 3G and wireless, its always errors. Even store no gree update and device is up to date.

You can download WhatsApp on Tecno Winpad or use it with WhatsApp Web but you'll still have to power it up with the WhatsApp on your phone.

Same happened to me too. First, I thought it was due to the poor network, but then, I tried a very strong wifi yet, no way until I did a reset. You may try areset if you can.

I have this 8" injoo windows 8 tab. It has a mini USB port (which I still assume is only for charging) and another port just below it (dunno the function but I assume it'll be for connecting peripherals). What cable do you use for the OTG of your winpad?

NB: I got the pad with wireless keyboard new on Jumia, but the user manual offers nothing helpful on that port.

It's an araimo branded OTG. Got it as a gift when I purchased my Winpad
