Ntel is crap, I have #3750 in my account for almost two weeks now and they've not been able to convert it to data for me.

Ntel is a massive mess. Even with subscription it's unusable except you change your DNS to Google dns


Don't use the app, use a web browser to subscribe. Had the same experience for 5 days last week on two different devices.


Managed to get lucky on Friday, both went through.

And harass them with DM on Twitter. Don't insult or yab them, just keep sending

'please subscribe Bleep plan on 0804xxxx'

every time you remember.

I can't even log in to their website anymore. All I get is error.

Has anyone been able to subscribe for data in the last two weeks successfully on Ntel. My 3750 naira is still trapped in there just like mumu... Not able to use it for anything. 2 weeks? Imagine, what kind of crappy network is this?

I'm on the same boat as you. An ntel rep subscribe for the weekly unlimited for me since day before yesterday. I got the recharge notification immediately, but the subscription still hasn't taken effect up till now. The N3,750 is still there. The worst part is, if you try to activate it yourself after the ntel reps have, when it finally take effect, the subscription will disappear from the sim. It's a known issue on their end yet they don't inform their customers. So, don't attempt to activate it yourself after ntel reps have done so, no matter how long it takes to come up.

Ahhhhh, I can't even see the 3750 in my dashboard anymore.

Ntel is officially finished! This problem of subscribing has been affecting everyone since last weekend and they are yet to find a solution to it. I have my 3750 naira trapped there.

Same here ooo, I even tried their ntelcare page. Got errors. I'm tired, since morning.

I don't know what the F is wrong with this Ntel people. I've subscribed for their unlimited weekly on their website since morning and my line is still yet to be activated.
I've been reaching out to them on Twitter and they didn't even answer. I called their customer care, all agents busy. So frustrating.
