I have this paypal business account that i've been using smoothly for 2 years now. Opened with UAE address and verified using my access bank visa card. No vpn needed for it's operation.

I've used it to recieve money from numerous online business channels without any hassle. I really shouldn't be selling this but i urgently need some money to complete my tuition fee, i already sold my twitter account but I'm still a little short of the needed amount.

who says people dnt withdraw from d counter? Over here at my school (Osun State Polytechnic) there are always heavy queues at d atm machine therefore many would prefer going into d bank to withdraw, + they dnt deduct anything for using d counter.
