Hello house, I will like to say some thing about this restitution of a thing, all d chapters of the bible have read that talks about restitution, it made it clear that restitution is a way to amend the wrongs you've done to hurt your neighbour, or has any pastor seen any where in the bible where restitution was mention without the word neighbour or person, that means before we can talk about restitution we must put into consideration that it must be something that has caused God or man pain. So you either restitute to God, man or both. Now talking about fake waec result did it cost God pain ? Did it cost any man/ waec body pain ?
