Cee-C was initially poised to take the position of the Head of House as she has never won her way into the position since the show started, but this move didn’t go well with Alex and Tobi as they made sure that she did not get the position.
Unlike going into the Arena and playing a game of chance that eventually crowns the HOH, Biggie asked the Housemates to choose from either a Housemates who’s had the least opportunity or the one who has the most experience in heading the House.

South Africa lays to rest anti-apartheid icon and Nelson Mandela’s former wife Winnie Mandela with full state honours at a stadium funeral in Soweto on Saturday.
Tens of thousands of mourners burst into loud cheers as the casket carrying her remains was wheeled into the stadium, less than two kilometres from her home.
The casket draped with the multi-coloured South African flag was placed in the middle of the 37,500-seater stadium in front of a stage, decked in white and yellow flowers.
Mourners dressed in the colours of the ruling African National Congress (ANC), as well those of the radical opposition Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), sang “there’s no-one like Winnie”, an adapted popular liberation struggle song.
The ceremony concludes 10 days of national mourning during which time thousands of South Africans have paid tribute to the “Mother of the Nation” at her Soweto home and elsewhere.
Winnie Mandela, who died in Johannesburg aged 81 on April 2 after a long illness, has been celebrated for helping keep Nelson Mandela’s dream of a non-racial South Africa alive while he was behind bars for 27 years.

The 2018 Headies award is around the corner and the organizers Smooth Promotions have released the list of Nominees, where Davido has six nominations, while Wizkid, Olamide, and Simi lead with 5 nominations each.
In a press statement released by the organizers of the Headies, Smooth Promotions, on Friday, April 13, 2018 “the awards academy released the list after shortlisting thousands of entries submitted in the year under review (from July 2016 – December 2017).”

13 members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC ) 2017 Batch A stream 1 will repeat their service in Anambra.
Mr Ebenezer Olawale, the NYSC Coordinator in the state, disclosed this at the passing out of the corps members in Awka on Thursday.
Olawale, however, did not give details of those who would either repeat the service and those whose service year was extended.
He said that out of the 2,814 corps members, 2,801 satisfied the requirements of service and were accordingly issued discharge certificates.

Manchester City’s English Premier League title celebration was delayed as they suffered as they suffered a 3-2 defeat to Manchester United.

Paul Pogba was the star on the night as he scored two quick goals to ensure United came from behind to snatch a vital victory at the Etihad Stadium.

City suffered a second straight defeat on Saturday after Wednesday’s 3-0 loss against Liverpool.

The Pep Guardiola side went two goals ahead in the first half, thanks to efforts from captain and defender Vincent Kompany in the 25th minute, and Ilkay Guendogan five minutes later.

The music changed just after the break when Pogba scored two quick goals in two minutes to draw level at 55 minutes of action.

Chris Smalling put the icing on the cake for the Jose Mourinho side when he scored in the 69th minute to seal a 3-2 victory for Manchester United.

City, who has now conceded six goals in two matches, will have to wait for another one week for a chance to lift the EPL trophy.

United, siting second on the league table, now has 71 points from 71 points from 32 matches.
