For me I download that between 4-5hrs during the day. Overnight download 3 times as much.

Me sef...but when person no get choice fa. I use it when I don't have an alternative. Download speed over here (Ojodu Berger) fluctuates between 100kbps-150kbps which is not cool but ok if left downloading overnight. I know say e no finish by the time I wake.

IMO... Yes and no... U can't really knw whn a phone is completely bricked (except smoke starts coming out of your device then u r fncked). However, most bricked phones eventually come back to life. You just have to be patient and apply enough trial and error. Bricked mine some weeks ago and Initialize helped out.
I don't knw much about reviving bricked phones so I've just dropped mine opinion.

I have downloaded the tsunami ROM and flash it, its nice the camera fault is corrected but the major bug is you can't access the phone storage it shows 0 no NFC on fota update option charging slower again

I also flashed it but didn't stay long enough to check out the bugs or corrections. I was eager to know if xposed would run properly on it of which it didn't as it was just stuck bootlooping. So I had no choice but to restore my backup from the previous ROM.
I have decided to better wait for updates from needrom as it will be update on this ROM which is compatible with xposed installer.

About the camera, I didn't know there was a bug. Please what exactly did it correct?

FYI, if na gravity u wan use I unhappy to tell you that Gravity aren't working for lollipop 5.1 at the moment but maybe later. So I suggest you just enjoy your lollipop the way it is or better still, revert to Kitkat and do all tweaking of life.

May I ask which of the Jiayu S3 you are using? 2gb version or 3gb version.

I use a 3gb version and I have successfully installed xposed so if you are handling a 2gb version you may need to do proper research before going ahead to install xposed as I am yet to run xposed on the 2gb version.

Finally, if you must use xposed (to full capacity) then for now stick to your Kitkat to be on a safer end. Also, always have backups before tweaking.

I was wrong about Gravity not working. I just found my way around it now and got it to work. I'm so happy and you can be happy as well

It's probably your version of spflashtool. I did trial-and-error before I finally got the version that worked for me.
