At this stage (in previous years) there are basically 2 kinds of status update: 'UNDER REVIEW' & 'UNDER REVIEW WITH BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION/LOCAL EMBASSY'. I'm praying I get the latter, if it is still tenable for this cycle. E get why

Most people are under review, so don't know what's happening and there are still some blanks too

I think the thread is active....it's assessment period so we are all waiting till February 2017..in the meantime you can start contacting your referees to draft the letters.

Referee is really no big deal, its the shortlisting that matters
