Please let's be careful there are no short cuts to booking appointment don't be scammed due to desperation and please for those of us that will need to legalize our documents for Poland admissions let's just forget Poland and check out countries like Portugal, France, Hungary and Belgium. They are cheap, affordable to live and they also give visa as long as you meet the requirements. Poland will not legalize your docs and you will end up paying for it. |

This is so so true, I honestly wouldn't advice anyone to try applying, ordinary legalization self they would reject you.. My advice is you people should try other countries and let Poland be! wiseking120: I still dont understand why you all are wasting ur time and money applying for schools in Poland..99.9% is visa refusal.... They will never give u good reasons for denial... There are other countries in Europe to school and get visa straight up... Like Germany... They give free education, scholarships and their processes for visa is not hard like poland.. No need for this ministry of education, foreign affairs bullshit! You all shud leave poland and try germany! I was denied polish visa 2 times even with my complete docs they are just after ur visa fees. But germany was a diff case.. Kind regards |

If you are going to Poland, I would suggest you don't legalize your documents at all. Just get your visa first. Don't even waste your money on legalization as they have required applicants to start paying in Euros Sordeek: please how long does it take to get it or will it be ready the same day I go there and how long does the legalization of documents also take |

do you mean i dont need proof of residence for my visa application? and please can you dm your whatsapp contacts. chuman33: Legalize your docs at MOE and MFA. And then the WAEC Certificate and Birth Certificate at the Polish Embassy. Go through the start of the Thread, those info is already there they suppose to assist you with student housing or direct you on how to get one. I know of a Private Hostel that I can guarantee you accommodation in for €200 per month, but that's after you must have gotten Visa. Best of luck |

pappiloo: Thank you, but none of us here is putting all our eggs in a basket and also being so curious about the programme does not mean its all we got but we committed things in this and as you can see, everyone that as not been invited yet are only looking for hope and excuse to stand on and for them to think they can do it. So, let us keep the hope up, it will cost us nothing. Moreover, only Chevening can say you are not invited. We have to keep a positive mind and hope for the very best. Health is not a priority for chevening any courses are allowed, but mostly courses that is not just about yourself, but about changes and contributions to Nigeria, e.g poverty alleviation, entrepreneurship and innovation, education for development and some health related courses relevant to Nigeria, it would be very easier to convince chevening for courses like these. Meanwhile on Chevening Nigeria shortlisting, its not over until the old fat lady dances. Nevertheless, let's consider other alternatives, for me am still applying to CSS with the same zeal I applied to chevening. For those of us invited for interview, this is just the beginning, we need to out in more fire than ever cos we have limited slots to compete for. Wishing everyone the best in their endeavors May God help us all Shalom |

dossylvanus: LOL. I have six admission letters. None for Chevening. My first choice uni bounce me. Maybe because I didn't apply through a consultant... Whatever. Uni of Liverpool since November last year still waiting for decision. Meanwhile I have gotten from Aberdeen, Reading, Sheffield-Hallam, London School of Economics, Durham, Bristol and Aberystwyth University. None of them na Chevening. Anyway I am also applying for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme. So any one wey fall in I'm game. The hustle is real bro. Best of God in all your endeavors |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 2016/2017 Chevening Scholarship Applicants. by Dmasked1(m): 3:39pm On Jan 16, 2017 |
No, haven't seen any on this forum. I have come across some though on Facebook. Their status changed to being reviewed by the local embassy and then re-changed to being assessed. January is almost over now. Only thing left now is to see if we make it for the interviews or not.
So being assessed might be a good thing thou. |

dossylvanus: What's the difference between under review and assessed?
Mine is under review. I don't really know, but think they are a step closer, since most people are under review, so being assessed can be an advantage |
