Who is your coaching role model?

Sampaoli: I like Guardiola a lot because he's the only one that creates team play. The rest make rules based on the characteristics of their players. If I had to look at a team I'd watch Bayern.

Sampaoli: They have generated a philosophy which is a landmark and will remain as one of the greatest teams in the history of football. Luis Enrique has achieved a certain transformation of the Barcelona of before.
