For Pau? This aint the English FA. They use video images to judge while in Spain they use the ref's match report. Else, Pau should get nothing less than a 4-match ban. The only indications in the ref's match reports are of Diop and Suarez's tunnel display. phaamsaam: Looooollllllllssssssssssss...Enrique is just too classy his responses are top notch classy n fun..it was Christmas carols....Suarez should know he is d one easily to get wind up...and pique don spark another hydrogen bomb...they should fill their grounds..gonna b an exciting return leg...1-2match ban for Suarez likely...but gonna wait for ban for pau diop n co who insulted same with that Romanian gay they call a coach |

Espanyol player threatens to "batter" a Barça player.
A fiery La Liga tie between Espanyol and Barcelona was followed up with a second instalment in the Copa del Rey at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
Both games were filled with tension, with the rules pushed to the limit and with two referees who struggled to control proceedings.
And that’s the big problem. The ineptitude of the officials has allowed the tension between the players to increase.
At Camp Nou there was a little of everything: tough play, pushes, blows, insults…
It was an extremely tense game, with the tension running over from Saturday. And that tension followed the players into the tunnel and the dressing rooms.
According to Catalunya Radio journalist Marta Carreras, an Espanyol player was heard shouting at a Barça player.
“I’m going to batter you,” was the shout which was heard, although it’s not clear which Espanyol player said it and at which Barça player it was aimed, for now.
Also, according to Carreras, there were also pushes and blows to the dressing room door, with Luis Enrique coming out to calm things down.
Asked about the commotion in his press conference the Barça boss replied: “It was Christmas carols.” |

coded01: Guardiola, 44, won 14 trophies in four incredible seasons as Barcelona’s manager from 2008-12 as the former Barca midfielder created one of the greatest teams in history.
Since 2013 he has taken that success to the Bundesliga and has led Bayern Munich to back-to-back German titles and added a German Cup along the way, yet success in the UEFA Champions League has evaded him at Bayern.
In terms of where he will be heading to in England, the three aforementioned giants are his most likely destination.
With Chelsea firing Jose Mourinho and currently having Guus Hiddink in charge on an interim basis, they’re on the hunt for a permanent appointment and are said to have already asked Guardiola to name his price.
Manchester City have long been linked with a move for the Catalan native who is closely linked with their directors, Txiki Begiristain and Ferran Sorriano, from the trio all spending time at Barcelona. Those directors and City’s Abu Dhabi owners see Guardiola as the key cog in helping City to elevate itself to becoming one of most famous clubs in the world.
As for Manchester United, their recent struggles have been well documented with Louis Van Gaal under increasing pressure at Old Trafford after $400 million was spent on new players but little progress has been made in terms of becoming contenders for the PL title and Champions League crown.
One thing is for sure, with Guardiola confirming he wants to head to England and already has offers on the table, an all-out battle between three of the PL’s big boys is about to play out for one of the greatest managers in the world.

They said he can't make it in the epl as anything that comes from Barça is average. Yet, he's the most sought after coach in the world, even Madrid approached him. When I see that Madrid own weeks ago I just laugh. I say see the height of desperation oooooo. Sotey Perez want Pep. How him think say Pep go ever coach Madrid? Of course anything is possible but... |
